Anthocoris minki Dhorn

Anthocoris minki is very efficient predator of T. rhopalantennalis in Himachal Pradesh. A. minki also feed on other soft bodied insects available in apple ecosystem.

Eggs are inserted by the female in delicate leaves and in flowers by using its sharply pointed and barbed ovipositor. The neonate nymph makes active movements. The nymphal duration is 6-8 days during 2^nd half of May and 10-15 days during June.
